Out of all the people on our list, this artist is my pick to make the highest jump for the list next year. He doesn’t put out a lot of commercial records (So far), but when he does put out music it seems like most of the Hip-Hop nation holds its breath because they know they are in for a ride. With a mixtape coming and then an album dropping after that, Cole is definitely one to watch. – DuB
