Whenever I have car trouble (Which is a lot now that I think about it), I have to take 3 buses and 2 trains to get to work. Besides the normal bullshit of dealing with pubic transit, most of the time it’s not that bad. Then sometimes you gotta ride with a bus load of loud hyperactive teenagers and I’m back wishing my car was back up and running. The trailer for Michel Gondry‘s new movie The We And The I feels like what I see on my bus trips only I would actually pay to see it (Well, I guess I already pay). Also, points for this not looking like something Gondry would normally direct (Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Be Kind Rewind, The Science of Sleep… I try to forget about The Green Hornet). The We And The I will premiere this month at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival.
