Those that continue to mourn the death of hip hop (shoutout to my boy G-Rok) need to give Joey Bada$$ a chance. I mean, if you roll with the fro, you’ll notice that we’re pretty high on him around here, and for good reason. This time the man that’s “fly like he dressed up” is spittin’ over another Premo gem. As if the song wasn’t ill enough, the treatment is crazy as hell. It’s subtle but fitting and will probably prove to be a bit timeless like A-Ha’s classic.
