Gimme The Loot (2013)

I’ll go ahead and say it, Gimme The Loot will be on my ‘Best of 2013’. It’s the story Malcolm & Sofia, two teenage graffiti artists from New York, and their quest to get $500 so they can bomb the famous New York Mets Home Run Apple. That setup alone was enough for me, but what’s crazy is that the movie sometimes has this improv feel and it makes good use of the NY locations (That maybe because first-time director Adam Leon was once a production assistant to Woody Allen).
