Some weeks when I do this column, I listen to all the new albums dropping for that week. This week we have two new albums and I have no intention on listening to either. And that’s not a diss to Mark Ronson and Jazmine Sullivan; I’m just lazy.
You know what, let me take that back. I think I have listened to Mark Ronson‘s Uptown Special. At least a majority of it (That Mystikal song is kinda dope). I think everybody in the world has heard “Uptown Funk” by now. Mark Ronson’s 4th studio album lands at #5 and sells 76,000 units in its first week.
Jazmine Sullivan dropped her 3rd album last week with Reality Show. I might have to ask Saule Wright how it sounds. Reality Show grabs the #12 postion on the charts and pushes 32,000 units sales.
