The Numbers Game: Raheem Devaughn

Raheem Devaughn

The lone notable R&B/Hip-Hop release this week belongs to Raheem Devaughn and his 5th album Love Sex Passion. For some reason I thought Love Sex Passion was a free project, but I guess I was wrong. What I do know is that Saule Wright was excited about it, so I may check it out. Love Sex Passion sold around 13,000 copies (which is a little less than his last effort) and lands at #31.

Other stuff:

  • Drake may have lost the #1 spot this week to Imagine Dragons, but If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late still did good numbers for it’s second week.
  • It feels like it’s been a minute since we had three Gold Hip-Hop albums in the Top 20.
  • Who the hell is buy those Pitbull albums? Also: Senor Feeture!
