This is another woman that was bound to be featured in the Certified Banger section (She was ranked #2 by King Jerm in our 25 Baddest Women on Instagram video). This was probably delayed because we only knew her by her Instagram handle @__headoverheels. She also goes by Chocolate Goddess so because that name fits, that’s the name we going with here.
