With each album, Eminem always includes at least one inspirational (some might call it sappy) song. “Somebody Save Me,” featuring Jelly Roll, is the final track on Em’s latest album, The Death of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce), and today, the music video was released.
The song addresses Eminem’s past struggle with drug addiction, an addiction that nearly took his life. The track portrays an alternate reality where Eminem never got clean, and the visuals depict him as detached from important family milestones. Check out the Emil Nava-directed video below.
