Since one of my favorite mixtapes from last year was Bastard by Tyler The Creator, of course I’m looking forward to his new upcoming project Goblin (Set to be released in April). The first offering of Goblin is “Yonkers” and it gives new listeners a great idea of what kind of music is made by Tyler & his OFWGKTA crew (or Odd Future for short).
For lack of a better description, the Wolf Haley directed music video is crazy. Well, what do you call a video where a guy eats a roach, throws up, and then hangs himself? Okay, maybe you could call it awesome too.
Odd Future has been on the cusp of Hip-Hop stardom for a minute now, this song and video should only further that.
