Is the Lil’ Wayne featured “Ball” the single T.I. has been looking for to set up the upcoming Trouble Man? Probably not. But while we wonder, here is the music video. Tip & Weezy takes it to the street of New Orleans and the results are hood chicks dancing, a little animation, and fun (Although Rick Ross kinda did the New Orleans thing earlier in the year).
