MTV’s brain trust finally concludes it’s Hottest MC’s in the Game VIIIÂ list and sitting on top is none other than Compton’s own Kendrick Lamar, followed by 2 Chainz in the #2 spot.
As for the rest of the list? The Carter’s surprisingly are nowhere to be found (Jay-Z & Lil’ Wayne). Kanye West also ranted on being #7 on list and A$AP Rocky argued that he should be #1.
Personally, I don’t have a problem with K.Dot being #1 on the list. 2 Chainz could have easily been #1 too. Future & Drake could probably be moved up the list and Nas should probably be moved down a bit, but besides that, it’s not a bad list.
