1. Rakim
Perhaps the biggest upset of all would be the fall out between God MC Rakim and Dre. When it was announced that the old school legend would be teaming up with another legend, it felt like Zeus and Krishna had combined forces. But of course it was all too good to be true. It was claimed that Dre wanted Rakim to rap about violence while the MC wanted to rhyme about life rather than death. At least the pair separated respectfully and went on different paths to create great music. Still a damn shame though.
