Lil’ Wayne & Chocolate Droppa (Kevin Hart)
I understand why Kevin Hart was included in this year’s cyphers. He has a movie coming out and he even recently signed a record deal. What I don’t get is why it’s just him and Lil’ Wayne. It didn’t turn out terrible though.
