When I reviewed Jack Harlow‘s latest album, Jackman., “Gang Gang Gang” had the hardest beat on the album (the song samples “Baby Lulu” by Stereolab). That is, until you realize the actual song is about Jack finding out that one friend is a rapist and another is a pedophile. It’s kinda like Kendrick Lamar’s “We Cry Together” where you like the song but can’t really blast it loudly in your car with the windows down. (Check out the full review for Jackman. here)
Either way, today Jack Harlow drops the music video for “Gang Gang Gang,” and it’s pretty much what you’d expect. It doesn’t go into the terrible situations in depth, but it does show Jack finding out about those situations. It also has Jack hanging out with his crew, as well as general scenes of camaraderie. The video was directed by Eliel Ford, and you can check it out below.
