After retiring from releasing his annual “Rap Up” songs in 2021—and with Uncle Murda essentially taking over the format—Mad Skillz is back with “The 2024 Rap Up.” The Virginia rapper covers the highlights and lowlights of the year, and it’s great to see him return to this tradition. (Perhaps his recent Grammy nomination for Best Spoken Word Poetry Album inspired the comeback.) Check out the song and video below.
