I could say that it feels like Lil’ Wayne‘s last album I Am Not A Human Being II didn’t really make much noise. But then I point out that on the charts it’s been in the Top 50 for the last 15 weeks and last week it finally went Gold (Somebody is still buying it). Also, Weezy is still dropping music videos for it.
Remember last month or so when Lil’ Wayne was shooting a music video and stepped on the American flag and people got mad about it? “God Bless Amerika” is that music video. What’s crazy is that after all the controversy, Weezy dropped a really good video. He takes it back to his hometown New Orleans and shows that it’s still recovering from Hurricane Katrina.
