As promised, Drake drops some songs for the fans.
The first one was the Noah “40” Shebib produced “Club Paradise”. This track is you standard fair when these two hook up; Drake talks about dealing with fame, success, & women over a smooth laid back beat with him singing on the hook. I don’t know if this one gonna be on Take Care but supposedly, this one is one of Drake favorites during his recent recording process. I fucks with it.
The second release of the night was the Rick Ross featured “Free Spirit” (Also produced by Noah “40” Shebib). The collaboration makes sense because both Rozay & Drizzy were calling each other albums classic not too long ago. Of all the releases of the night, this was my favorite (A joint album by Ross, Drake, & Lil’ Wayne may actually work if it happens). I guess I gotta start asking these chicks to “Tat my fucking name on you so I know it real”. Probably not but I still a nice track.
The last release of the night was Drake jumping of Waka Flocka Flame‘s “Round Of Applause” (I actually think this was the first single from Waka upcoming Triple F Life album). This kinda reminds me of the “Tony Montana (Remix)”, but it’s nothing that special if you didn’t like the original version (Although this is the first Lex Luger track Drake has rapped on).
