Treach, Stretch, Apache & Majesty (Stretch Brother)… Also Loyal 2 The Game [Original Version from Above The Rim Bonus Track Cassette Tape] ft. Treach & Riddler….. Kudos to Saule for losing 6 pounds in a week, you must have been doing really good cardio. Big ups! One of my boys name Antoine was on World Biggest Loser but he was at my old MMA gym down in Atlanta. Dude was like over 300 pounds but he worked hard with us and my friends who were personal trainers. He end up getting down to 180lbs and his wife (who was his girlfriend at the time) lost mad weight too. They moved up to New York City around 09 after being on the TV show. So make it happen my dude! I haven’t listen to LL Cool J album yet and I thought about downloading that shit but I didn’t want to waste bandwidth. Plus B-Easy sent me a text message saying the album is awful which he didn’t have to tell me that, LL haven’t dropped a solid album since Mr. Smith or maybe G.O.A.T…. Good episode. Charles should be voted for president! He about to get endorsed by Mcdonalds also. Mickey D’s is saving people lives outchea

  5. Once again, great and funny episode of the frocast. Interesting segment on talking about Scarface on Hip-Hip turning/being white. Always a great segment on what’s going on in Hip Hop from Lil Wayne getting dropped by Mountain Dew and had another seizure, to Foxy Brown claiming Jay-Z messed with some trannies and Mister Cee getting caught soliciting a prostitute again. Has Mister Cee ever heard that saying “Don’t make the same damn mistake twice”? The Naughty By Nature breakup is probably just as crazy and weird as the Mobb Deep breakup that happened last year. I also heard the song Tall Midget by Treach dissing Vinnie too. Yeah, it’s garbage. Also, those are the 2/3 minutes of my life that I’ll never get back. It was like a WTF to me when I heard it. Crazy segment about that Charles Ramsey guy. Great and funny segment about the winners and losers. Overall, the crazy, the comedy, and the nonsense was all here on this episode, and I enjoyed it.

  6. Just to clear things up… (and so that Easy will sign my my check)

    The Young BK thing comes from the fact that I’ve had four, large unattractive women tell me I look like Boris Kodjoe. So I’ve been tryna run with it in the hopes that attractive, non-large women realize the same thing. The Young part is just cuz I’m team young nigga.
