Three Things We Learned from WWE Night of Champions 2013

Ryback-Rules

HHH Is REALLY Invested In Ryback
Once Ryback lost his 169th PPV match I was sure he was done for. The he had a mini feud with Chris Jericho that got him back in the win column. Even still he didn’t have anything to do. So Trips threw him a bone and gave him the bully gimmick. While it was slow and sometimes murky, it allowed Ryback to redevelop his character, get TV time and not be enhancement talent for the rest of the roster. Now it seems to all have come together as he now seems to be the newest Paul Heyman guy and gets to revisit his feud with the Best In The World, CM Punk. While I’m really not that excited about seeing this rehash, the fact that he gets the best talker in the world as a manager, AND gets a top priority angle means that someone very important still believes in him. – GQ-Bu
