I don’t think you should throw the word “art” around when talking about most of today’s music videos, but it seems appropriate when describing Vince Staples‘ new music video for “Señorita”.
The black & white visuals are stunning here and show poignant metaphors interpreting life in the ghetto. It runs almost four minutes long and it’s worth your time. Directed by Ian Pons Jewell. Off Vince’s upcoming debut Summertime ’06.
