5 Rapper/Producer Collab Albums We Need

Pharrell & Pusha

Pusha T & Pharrell

Yes, Pusha T and that dude who made “Happy”. In actuality though, Pharrell has produced many bangers and overall great tracks as of recent for anyone who thinks he’s gone soft. (See: “Los Awesome” by ScHoolboy Q and “good kid” by Kendrick Lamar) Back when Pharrell and Chad Hugo were still running the radio as The Neptunes, they were responsible for producing the entire first two Clipse albums Lord Willin’ and Hell Hath No Fury, which were led by brothers Pusha T and Malice. Sadly there hasn’t been a Clipse album since ’09 and nowadays Malice is out here spreading no malice, while Pusha is still out here selling us nothing but dope.

As for Pharrell, who does a lot of solo work these days, he’s produced great tracks alone for Pusha T like the complete throwback track “Suicide” and the track “S.N.I.T.C.H.” both off of Pusha’s solo debut My Name Is My Name. After hearing these and seeing the chemistry of the two back in the day, how could you not wan’t a complete full album of throwbacks from the two? Remember “Grindin'”? Cot Damn.
