  1. Cool episode of the frocast. Crazy segment about the NBA Finals. Can’t wait to see how Game 7 gonna turn out to be. Sad segment on the massive shooting in the club in Orlanda, Florida. It’s just fucked up that 50/maybe more people died and 53 people we’re injured. Also, that’s messed up about the 2 year old getting dragged/snatched out by a alligator. Cool and crazy segment on music and this year’s XXL’s Freshman List and the rundown on the years from 2007 to present. Cool segments on TV Talk, Keep it 100, and Winners and Losers of the week.

  3. -I saw the Freshmen list come out, and immediately thought “Frocast ’bout to be awesome”, lmao.
    -Boy, did Donnis fall off.
    -Kevin Gates is about to overtake ‘Pac for the “Better Interviews than Music” category.
    -I’m trying to understand the overwhelming amount of attention on OJ right now.
    -You smash twice, y’all niggas go together.
    -Lmao, I’m just getting caught up on Thrones, and I wasn’t ready to see The Mountain smash dude’s head.
    -Uncle Buck was actually pretty funny. The son is the oldest girl from Blackish’s brother.
    -Nia Long had them thangs poppin in that first episode.
    -Carmichael Show is dope, plus he wears the most current J’s every week.
    -I think Eddie’s restaurant in NYC is gonna be a place I hit up on my first trip there.
    -We’ve had brussel sprouts at work, for free, and I still can’t pull the trigger.
    -I’ve been striking out at the outlet recently. Wasted trips for about a year.

      – Didn’t know that about Uncle Buck kid, that’s pretty cool. and YES Nia wasn’t fuckin around. I watched Friday the other day and was like how you go from them ttties to THOSE titties.
      -Outlet be hit or miss. They suck at answering the phone so sometimes you gotta go for it. I just saw a youtube video, they drove 3hrs to one place and the power was out. DAMN THAT.
