The Weeknd – Dear Melancholy

Abel got hits. The Weeknd has had a lengthy career with songs that will make a crowd want to see him on the main stage. Coachella 2018 was another win for The Weeknd after his appearance on the Black Panther: The Album with “Pray For Me” reaching #5 on the Hot 100. This year saw the end of his relationship with Selena Gomez inspire an EP completely different from the project he was planning to release. If you aren’t already a fan of The Weeknd or can at least appreciate a couple of songs, there is no help for you, because Dear Melancholy is The Weeknd at his best delivering his brand of introspective lyrics about heartbreak over airy production; no Pop hits here.
