WWE Survivor Series 2013 Results: Randoy Orton Beats The Big Show

Cena & Orton

I guess you could count WWE’s 2013 Survivor Series as another pay-per-view that didn’t look that strong on paper. But can you really expect a main event that has Randy Orton versus The Big Show to be that strong? In the end, we did get some boring chants during the Orton and Big Show match and Orton did win as many expected (After a non-physical interference from The Authority) but at least Randy is kicking people in the head again. And what’s up with that ending? John Cena coming out and holding up the World Title? Does that mean I finally get my wish and we combine the WWE and World Titles? *fingers crossed*

One thing I did get out of this Survivor Series is that it gave us a glimpse of the next generation and maybe even future main eventers in the WWE. Roman Reigns had a good showing and even took out a returning Rey Mysterio, Big E Langston defended his new Intercontinental Championship, and Luke Harper continued to impress me as a big man. Only one more WWE pay-per-view to go in 2013. WWE TLC happens in December.
