It’s been over a damn year since I wrote anything about Hip-Hop samples (Not counting the content of my album reviews). But the subject here made me bring it back seeing how easy it came together.
I recently wrote about Warren G’s classic “This D.J” and I also recently wrote about Lil Duval’s hilarious “Smile Bitch”. Thankfully for this post, both songs sample Midnight Star‘s 1984 hit “Curious”. I actually think “Curious” is one of the main reasons both of the songs mentioned are infectious.
