Remember The Weeknd put an album out this year and it was really good? Yeah, I have to think about it too, but it is a fact. Abel’s After Hours came out March 20th of this year. Speaking of distant memories, “Snowchild” finds the Canadian singer reflecting on how far he has come since he declared “Cali is the mission” on House of Balloons favorite “The Morning” way back in 2011. Nine years, he’s learned that all the shiny, materialistic trinkets were meaningless. Oh well, live and learn.
