Although Erykah Badu has had a viable career since 1997, she is still kind of a mystery. Does having sex (and I guess a kid) with Ms. Badu really make you a better rapper and subsequently make you start dressing crazy?
Well, we didn’t necessarily get the answer to that question (although it was asked by Charlamagne Tha God) but we did get some jewels in this 38 minute interview with The Breakfast Club. Some examples: Badu sometimes doesn’t shave her armpits, uses crystals for deodorant, and didn’t know she had a phat ass until the “Window Seat” video.
Almost more importantly, Hip-Hop recluse Jay Electronica makes an appearance to support his baby’s mother. Where’s the album at Jay?!
