Is it me or does it feel like we’ve had like 5 singles already for Nas‘ Life Is Good. The good thing about the newest one, “Loco-Motive”, is that is pairs him with a guy who helped get him into the rap game to begin with, Large Professor (Who really only has speaking parts. But still). Even if Life Is Good eventually goes on to be a commercial failure, you have to give Nas credit for not picking conventional singles and “Loco-Motive” continues that trend. Hell, even Nas said it’s for his “Trapped in the 90’s niggas”. Thanks for the shout out Nas.
