Still Motion

7. Natti – Still Motion
Released: September 24, 2013 [A Piece Of Strange Music]

Still Motion is perhaps the most slept on album out of this list. For one, it’s very hard to find this album in stores or even online. The only place I’ve found it is on the APOS Music bandcamp page. Two, Natti hails from the already slept on group CunninLynguists and I personally think he’s not given the same credit as Kno and Deacon the Villain. Let us not forget, he joined CunninLynguists right before they dropped their classic A Piece of Strange. To further mention, Kno only produces three songs while newly producer Deacon handles the bulk production…and to my surprise it works. Deacon has been taking notes from Kno and the beats are nice: heavy hitting, clean samples, and even impressive background vocals. Natti spits clever wordplay throughout the album that makes it hard to deny this a top 10 spot. Overall, it’s a great album to vibe to.
