The Cold War 2015: Rusev (c) vs. John Cena for the US Title

Saule Wright: Every good card has a swerve or two. Enter swerve 1. I need Rusev to win here. Why? Cena has been a heel this entire time like my boy GQ pointed out. Everyone EXPECTS Cena to win. Everyone KNOWS Cena will win…but what if he didn’t? What if Cena does the job for like the third time in his life and actually puts over the new guy. If I had a Russian medal or two American Dollars I’d bet them on Rusev. Since I don’t, I’ll just watch and be ready to mark out when he wins…and cry when he loses. Cena wins, I riot. #HiLana

GQ-Blu: This has been probably the closest we’ve been to a John Cena heel turn. He clowns Rusev for being Russian(xenophobia). He insults Rusev’s girl (sexism). He loses to Rusev and then demands a rematch (entitlement) that Rusev respectfully declines, then jumps the guy and threatens to choke him out until his girlfriend is forced to beg for his life and give Cena what he wants. What part of Hustle, Loyalty, Respect is that? I’ve been saying for months Dolph should’ve got the tub of knocking off Rusev at Mania after being the hero of Survivor Series. But what Cena wants, Cena gets, and that’s the U.S. Title.

B-Easy: A lot of people would like for John Cena to lose on Sunday: A triumphant Rusev raising the U.S. title, with the beautiful Lana by his side, standing over a beaten Cena while the Russian flag hangs in the rafters. That’s not gonna happen. Cena wins. Again.
