After premiering in Times Square earlier today, Kendrick Lamar officially releases the music video for “King Kunta”. As expected, the video is a Compton affair filled with swap meets, low riders, Kendrick dancing, & thick women (We see you Briana Bette & Lira Galore Mercer). It’s also full of community as we see K.Dot surrounded by Compton natives and landmarks. The whole thing is fun and the visuals match the song. Directed by Director X.
