When I reviewed Lil Wayne‘s Tha Carter V back in October, I wasn’t impressed by the XXXTentacion featured “Don’t Cry”. But I did review the album so it’s only right I write about the music video for the song (Plus: Content).
In the music video, Weezy is in the a desert (on Mars maybe?) with two sage carrying models and a camel. There is also another scene of the rapper in a throne room with a sexy leather-cad nun that I’m not trying to figure out the meaning of. Of course there is no new footage of XXXTentacion features but it feels like these visuals are a mini tribute (Especially with today being his birthday). Directed by Jay & Georgio Rodriguez.
