Pusha T & Malice deliver the second visual from Let God Sort Em Out with the Kendrick Lamar-assisted “Chains & Whips.” Easily one of the most anticipated songs on the project, so it makes sense the duo gave it the video treatment. Still, it would’ve hit different if Kendrick actually showed up in the visuals.
Directed by Gabriel Moses, the video leans into the same street-art-meets-social-commentary energy we saw with “So Be It.” It’s stylish, raw, and unapologetically heavy, offering up symbolic shots that highlight Black American struggles without spelling it all out.
