The Numbers Games: Bruno Mars, Waka Flocka Flame, & Pimp C

Bruno Mars leads the group of new releases this week with his debut album Doo-Wops & Hooligans at #3. I’m happy to see him get shine for his own material for a change (He’s wrote and produced hits fro B.o.B, Cee-Lo, & Travie McCoy, just to name a few). Even with Bruno’s recent drug related problems, he’s still got to be celebrating this achievement.

Waka Flocka Flame also released his first album this week with Flockaveli and 37,000 in album sales was enough to grab the #6. Check out the review of Flockaveli by yours truly.

I haven’t fully listened to Pimp C‘s album as of yet, but I am happy to see The Naked Soul Of Sweet Jones sell almost 18,000 copies. Hopefully the review for this album will be coming later this week.
