Sade may have turned down Drake’s request to be on Thank Me Later, but that didn’t stop her from grabbing Hova for a remix of “The Moon And The Sky” for her upcoming project The Ultimate Collection. As a consolation prize for Drizzy, his homie Noah “40” Shebib is behind the boards on this track. This sounds like classic Sade with a Jay-Z verse tacked on to it. No complaints here.

      2. @Zak-Naw I just like what I like. Excuse me for being a Pac fan. Pac is the greatest of all time in my book. Yea they are other great rappers but for me none of them have a work ethic as Pac and his unreleased stuff sound refreshing & on another level don’t even sound rushed. Sad he got cut short, dude was advancing a lot with the production and was going into his prime.

        @Dub-I’m not a Jay-Z hater at all I just feel like he is overrated sometimes. If you was to see my CD collection you’ll see Reasonable Doubts thru Black Album (I stop buying Jay-Z albums after 2004 “I bought Black Album a year late even though I had it bootlegged”). I bought those albums out there store a long time ago and still have them. I wouldn’t have bought a lot of albums from artist if I didn’t like them or think they was worth it (even though I did buy that wack ass Snoop Doggy Dogg “Tha Doggfather” album years back)… I still like Jay-Z don’t get me wrong but with 2Pac his stuff was just rawer.. By the way Jay-Z is in my top 10 of emcees of all time no lie.

        Not hating on Jay though, Sade should have kept this song to herself.

        1. I feel what you are saying, but to make a comment like she should have done a song with Pac instead sounds like a Stan. It sems like you don’t appreciate other artist. Maybe Pac would have calmed down as he got older like Hov has. My point is you can not complain that a 40 year old Jay is not as agressive as a Tupac who didn’t see 26. Hov has agressive music. Appreciate the dynamics of hip hop. We have the widest array of character types than any other genre of music.

    Worst thing about it actually is Jay. I mean hes not bad, but he doesnt add that much to it either. Maybe just a reason for some who wouldnt normally bump Sade to give it a listen.

        1. I just gave it a few more spins to be sure. I still feel the same way. out of the 3 aspects (Sade, 40 and Jay), Jigga’s is the weakest. Its not a classic line, its not something that a million other rappers couldnt write. but that still doesnt mean its bad.

          the worst part of something great is still good.
          we can agree its a hot song, lets just leave it at that. and hope we get a video.
