With Pac’s birthday coming up, what better date to admit to the 1994 Quad studio shooting & robbery and possible who murdered Tupac? I guess it’s better late than never. Not only does Dexter Isaac, who’s already in jail for life for murder and robbery amongst other things, he’s got a more to say! He says that he was paid to rob Pac (and he still has the necklace), he apologizes to the mothers of Pac and Biggie and EVEN implicates Puff in his confession!
