Let’s get this out the way: To me most of Juicy J‘s new songs sound very similar. I also don’t mind it. Similar doesn’t necessarily mean bad (Just look at Rick Ross’ career in the last couple of years). You also have to give Juicy props on how he’s (sorta) reinvented his self as a solo artist and found a new audience after being in the game since the early 90’s (Though he may owe some of that to the Wiz Khalifa co-sign).
He latest offering, “Bandz A Make Her Dance”, is exactly what the title implies. Over Mike Will bass heavy production, Juicy J delivers a bonafide strip club anthem that I’m sure to hear on my next visit to a gentleman establishment. Trippy. Tippy.
