  1. I don’t agree with that 2Pac comment you guys made. You guys really forget how big 2Pac was the year he died….. He was on Saturday Night Live twice! He was doing movies, interviews like crazy, and had one of the best selling albums in 1996. I have to agree with Jerm with Mayo with chicken sandwich, I fucks with that! I don’t eat the pork though

    1. Of course you don’t agree with it. However, Pac had what, 3 plat
albums before he passed out of 5 albums, he has 6 plat albums out of 7
after he passed. I don’t think there is anything wrong with admitting
that his posthumous career and accomplishments are bigger those during
his life. I believe he may have been cast in Juice because of the music,
but the roles he got after that were based on his chops. Look at the
difference in the roles he played from Juice (closest to what would be
the image from his music) to the roles he played after that movie. I’d
even say he was more talented on the screen than he was on record.

BUT, I know this is your dude, and I know how you debate. We just have a difference of opinion and that’s cool.

      1. Dude when he was filming Juice he didn’t have a album out, he was working on 2Pacalypse Now at the time along with other songs that didn’t make the final cut. Yeah he was very talented on screen but don’t shit on him musically though dude touched a lot of people musically. Even though he didn’t like Jay-Z, Jay-Z give him props all the time and say that is one of his favorite rapper. How come majority of people you read have Pac in their top 5? He better than Rakim any day. I like Rakim too but he don’t move me like Pac, Nas & Soulja Slim do. Ok yes he had 3 plat albums in his lifetime but what that have to do with talent? He was clearly getting better each album and music sounding more raw each album. Dude had potential to being a modern day Malcolm X seriously…. He was very intelligent and not hollywood at all like a lot of these rappers out nowadays who scared or act like their god when talking to fans or during interviews. He was cast in Juice because he played the roll really good, Treach from Naughty By Nature played the roll first but he didn’t do it well and when Pac did it people were impressed. Read the facts before you say something about them picking Pac because of his music when he didn’t have a album out when he was filming it in New York.

        1. READING is fundamental I swear it is. First, 2pacalypse came out in 91, juice dropped in 92. So no, he didn’t have an album OUT while he was filiming…however, the album did drop before it came out. Could the release dates been worked together? Yep, totally possible, he did have 3 singles released before the movie came out. ALSO, I said I “believe” he may have been cast due to his music, didn’t say it was a fact, just stating my opinion. I even went on to say that he had talent, and that the roles he played after that movie were nothing like that role.

Secondly, my point about the platinum albums is that his IMPACT GREW AFTER HIS DEATH….AS NOTED BY MORE PLATINUM ALBUMS AFTER HE PASSED. This has nothing to do with Rakim, Jay-Z, Soulja Slim, Nas, NOR does it have anything to do with who he touched NOR his talent. The point made was that he was bigger in death than he was in life.

You need to calm down sometimes and understand that ain’t nobody comin’ for that nigga neck. Nobody cares more about Pac than you…not even the niggas momma. But that doesn’t mean that we need to agree with you nor overstate the truth when it comes to him.

          1. I know what year 2Pacalyspe Now came out, I have the original CD mane….. I use to have the cassette tape. Well I know he didn’t get cast because of music, dude knew how to act before he was grown when he played A Raisin In The Sun *I remember reading that play back in the day in school*.

True he was bigger after death but you guys make it seem like he wasn’t shit when he alive. Dude was banging Madonna, friends with Iron Mike Tyson when Tyson was still the baddest man on the planet, appeared on SNL 2 episodes in 96, All Eyez On Me sold 5 million by the summer of 96, he was all on magazines and etc. Pac was a big rap star well a rock star then, probably one of the first true rock star’s in hip hop period.

No I will not calm down unless you step in the cage with me for sparring lol. How do you know how Pac momma feel? Smh @ Pastor Wright. What you saying isn’t the truth though…. You’re still my homie though but you really need to stop shitting on Pac music.

          2. LOL I don’t know how she feels, but I’m sure you’re still a bigger fan because of how you feel. lol.

          3. Are you arguing with P-Body about PAC? Please don’t! He doesn’t even read your responses he will just keep talking.

          4. So Saule gone sidestep this? “No I will not calm down unless you step in the cage with me for sparring”

            ????

  2. Once again, great episode of the frocast. Great and crazy segment on the sports. I’m not saying who I think should/will win the Super Bowl, but I’m looking forward to seeing a great game. It was interesting to hear about stuff for the Black History Month. For the HOHN, the first 2 songs are hits, but the last one is a Hell Naw. The Chris Brown vs. Frank Ocean fight is just………..IDK. Also, it’s being said that Frank might file charges against Chris Brown. Crazy segment on food. What do y’all think about Rick Ross getting shot at at his Rolls Royce and because of that, he hired an armed around-the-clock security team?

        1. Y’all niggas must be gay. She got a lotta ass, yeah she paid for it but its ok.

Y’all niggas a little skeptical right now

          1. LMAO what I say? I know she got ass….and yeah, she paid for it. I used to like her but eh, she all plastic…and she did Ghetto Gaggers and I seent it…. *shudders*

          2. Don’t judge her for Ghetto Gaggers, she was just trying to make her fans like P-Body happy my nigga.
