Looking at the title of Stalley‘s new song “Raise Your Weapons”, you’d think it’s probably related to the recent events having to do with Trayon Martin. But to be honest about it, Stalley usually raps about the injustice of the common man and other social issues, so it’s hard to tell (Supposedly, he recorded this song a year ago).
On another note, “Raise Your Weapons” samples my favorite song by Deadmau5 of the same name (It’s also probably the only song I know by Deadmau5). I’m pretty sure other rap songs in the past have used this sample, but it works here pretty well. Produced by the Block Beataz. Stalley’s new mixtape drops on August 8th.
