Reason #3: He was born in Compton
Yeah, we all know that Big Van Vader is billed from “The Rocky Mountains”, but not too long ago I found out that he was actually born in Compton. Yeah, that Compton. The same one that birthed NWA. You probably won’t find this on Wikipedia (Edit: Actually you will) but I heard this from the horses mouth via Steve Austin’s podcast (Here). It was on The Steve Austin Show that Vader talked about being born in Compton Hospital and living in a rough neighborhood. Of course Vader is from Compton.
Sidenote: Wait, doesn’t Vader wear red? Does he call Compton Bompton?
