Joey Bada$$ dropped his official debut last week with B4.DA.$$ and it landed in the Top 5. Who says 90’s sounding Hip-Hop music can’t do well in 2015? The album also sold 57,600 copies. We also dropped a review of B4.DA.$$ last week and I think y’all slept on it. But that’s okay, you can go read that review here.
Lupe Fiasco also released his 5th studio album Tetsuo & Youth last week and it did okay and sold 42,000 copies. I say okay because Lupe’s sales have been going down since he dropped Lasers in 2011 (Which sold 200,000 in it’s first week), and Food & Liquor II in 2012 (Which sold 90,000). I have yet to give this a full listen so I can’t comment on the content, but we may have a review coming this week. Maybe. Check out that review here.
