Brand new Jidenna for the holiday weekend. A new track not found on his debut album, The Chief because it is the rollout/title track for his 6 track EP, the underrated Wondaland Records artist takes influence from his Nigerian heritage and enlists African artists for this one.
The video for “Boomerang” features a couple arguing and making up while trying to revive their dead car. Jidenna is nowhere to be seen until the end of the video in the form of merchandise that he should be selling, but there are dance moves and camera tricks to keep our attention. Excuse me, there is a remix to his breakout single, “Bambi” on his EP featuring Quavo, Sarkodie, and Maleek Berry that I gotta hear. Enjoy!
