Troy Ave drops a new music video for his song “I Ain’t Mad At Cha”. And while I shake my head at the continued 2Pac comparisons (Like the rest of the Hip-Hop world), “I Ain’t Mad At Cha” is the only song I liked off Troy’s NuPac mixtape and maybe even my favorite Troy Ave song of all time. Now to be honest, I didn’t have a favorite Troy Ave song to begin with but that’s beside the point. Plus, almost any song that samples DeBarge’s “A Dream” (The song sample popularize by 2Pac’s “I Ain’t Mad at Cha”) sounds good.
In the video, Troy Ave raps in front of Bentley while trowing shots at Taxtone, Casanova, and former manager Hovain. He even incorporates footage from the infamous Irving Plaza shooting. Facts. Directed by White Ape Films.
