This week we have Prince making his return to the charts. You would think a $11 three-CD set sold at Target would get him the #1 spot right? Naw, Keith Urban beat him out by 4,000 units sold. But hey, Prince selling 168,000 and getting the #2 spot ain’t bad. What’s also not bad is the love showed to UGK’s last album. UGK 4 Life sells almost 80,000 and gets the #6 slot. Flo Rida is up next at #8 and pushes 55,000 copies of R.O.O.T.S. And lastly making a debut this week is Lil’ Bow Wow’s sixth album New Jack City Part II at #16 selling around 30,000 units. Also this week, Ne-Yo’s Year Of The Gentleman falls out of the Top 10, but finally gets the Platinum plaque. Check back next week to see what new albums from Jadakiss and Mims do next week. Sorry for the quick column this week; short on time.
