Adele‘s new album 21 wouldn’t go in the Hip-Hop category (Even though her last was heavily sampled by rappers), but I’m always happy to see talented artists get shine and home girl is very talented. 21 moves around 350,000 units and grabs the #1 spot.
With the album being leaked months earlier by it’s own record company, I really didn’t expect Joell Ortiz‘s Free Agent to do big numbers. Well, it only sold 4,000 copies. Hell, I think this is more of a symbol of Ortiz being done with E1. Free Agent lands at #173. You may see a review for this album later today…or not.
