One reason it’s easy for Rick Ross to recruit members to his Maybach army (Besides the fact that he’s one of the hottest rappers out right now) is the access to his great beat selection & sound. Meek Mill‘s new track “Maybach Curtains” is a good example of this. It has a the soulful epic feel of Rozay’s “Maybach Music” series but with more focus of life’s struggle. Not to mention a verse from legend Nas and a John Legend hook to smooth out the track. This all makes a introspective track that works. Meek’s debut album Dreams & Nightmares drops on October 30th.
