THE FRO HORSEMEN: Episode #4

We recorded a great episode…only problem is that it didn’t record. My software didn’t work and our back-up failed as well. I mean hey, when you go to the hood stores, sometimes stuff doesn’t work. Ha! To think, you thought we were getting paid for this. Anyway, here’s a quick recap:

TNA Final Resolution PPV
There was some good matches here. AJ, Bobby Roode and James Storm had a Number 1 contender match and the loser would not be able to wrestle for the title for a year. (Great idea and yep, AJ is the only one that can still be great without being in the hunt…he lost.) If you wonder where Chavo went, he’s in TNA kickin’ ass as the new tag champs with Super Mex. Eric Young and ODB (not that one) retained the mixed tag titles (another idea that I think WWE needs to steal…GQ doesn’t agree). Hardy retained (thus the pic) over Austin Aries in a dope ass ladder match. Angle beat Devon…I missed that match though. There were other matches, but those are the ones we talked about.

ROH
The only news we really have here was the worked shoot between Jay Lethal and Kevin Steen. Click on that link to get the full details, but the short of it is that in involved Steen spitting on Lethal’s mom and Lethal going ape shit about it. Yeah, shoot or not, spit on his moms son.

WWE
Yes, it’s been two weeks so you know what that means, it’s time for another WWE PPV that should just be on TV for free. The Survivor Series is a shell of it’s former self and only features one Suvivor team. We rambled about the “stories” leading up to that which amounts to the same damn PPV that we just had. Nothing much to see here. One thing about having the recording issue is that we got to watch Miz damn near go full face in Cleveland on Main Event. He’s building what I hope will be an amazing feud with Dolph. We did talk about GQ Blu predicting that face turn as well as Big Show being booked as a legit monster now just beating folks down. Anyway, sorry no show this week folks. We may be back next week but it’s turkey day, no promised. Oh, check the card below.
