As someone who has been reading Marvel comics coming since elementary school (Hell, they basically help me learn how to read), I gotta place The Avengers high on this list. This is shit that I used to dream about when reading comic books as a kid but never thought it would happen. Superhero movies that share fictional universes with other movies, big name actors, crazy effects; The Avengers made all this shit a reality and took it to another level.
