Spike Lee campaigning for his Kickstarter fund got more press than his version of the 2003 South Korean thriller Oldboy last year. Filmed in less than 30 days with a budget over a million dollars of raised funds, we get to to see what the legendary filmmaker decided to create after the backlash of choosing crowd-funding to finance his next project hopefully this year. Early rumors have labeled it as a vampire movie, but Mr. Lee has shot down those rumors as describing it as a film about people searching for something to fulfill their life, metaphorical blood.
