Rumored Signing
Fashawn: I may be the only blogger who has put this online, but word around L.A. is that Top Dawg has been interested in Fashawn for a couple of years now. With the release of ScHoolboy Q’s Oxymoron the label seems like it is in a position to add another artist to their label. Fashawn never signed the deal that he was expected to after the critically acclaimed Boy Meets World and Ode To Illmatic. He is still very independent and seems to want to remain that way, and TDE gives him the opportunity to move like an underground artist but be exposed to the masses.
